1. House Rules

Check-in: from 3:00 PM

Check-out: by 10:00 AM at the latest.

Check-in details: As we are required to submit your details to government portals, we kindly ask you to send a photo of the ID cards or passports of everyone staying in the apartment before your arrival.

Quiet hours: Out of respect for the other guests staying in the apartments, we kindly ask everyone to keep noise to a minimum in the entrance corridor, especially during nighttime hours (for example, in case of late arrivals).

Air Conditioning: To ensure the responsible use of energy and help protect the environment, we kindly ask you to switch off the air conditioning when you are not in the apartment.

Windows – Doors/Windows: When you leave the flat, please ensure that all the windows are closed.
On Lake Garda, sudden downpours can occur within a matter of minutes, and leaving windows open could cause problems inside the flat.

Thank you for your valuable cooperation.

2. How to Get Here

Upon arrival, you can temporarily park in Piazza Mercato (Google Maps location here), just a few meters from Appartamenti La Piazzetta.

Once you have parked your car, you can easily reach the entrance of the apartments, where you will find the key box (No. 3 “Appartamento Gelsomino”), which can be opened using the code that will be sent to you privately before your arrival.

In the video, you can see the route from the car park to the entrance of the flat

3. Private Car Park

From April 1st to September 30th

Public parking areas have a 3-hour limit from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and a parking disc must be displayed.

During this period, our guests can therefore use a dedicated parking space located right next to the property.

Once you have collected the keys, you can open the padlock on the right side of the chain to access the reserved parking space (highlighted in green).

Please always pull the chain back into place and lock the padlock after parking.
